Area I Jurisdiction

The territorial jurisdiction of the Butler County Area I Court is the area from which cases may be brought and decided.

The territorial jurisdiction of the Area I Court includes: the City of Oxford and all of Hanover, Milford, Morgan, Oxford, Reily and Wayne Townships.

All cases brought in the Area I Court must also be within the subject matter jurisdiction of the court.

Area II Jurisdiction

The territorial jurisdiction of the Butler County Area II Court is the area from which cases may be brought and decided.

The territorial jurisdiction of the Area II Court includes: all of Fairfield and Liberty Townships, the City of Monroe and the portion of I-75 that runs through Liberty Township.

All cases brought in the Area II Court must also be within the subject matter jurisdiction of the court.

Area III Jurisdiction

The territorial jurisdiction of the Butler County Area III Court is the area from which cases may be brought and decided.


The territorial jurisdiction of the Area III Court includes: West Chester Township, the portion of I-75 that runs through West Chester Township and a small portion of Sharonville that is in Butler County.

All cases brought in the Area III Court must also be within the subject matter jurisdiction of the court.
